I also know it doesn’t have to be that way. After more than 30 years in the profession, including 18 years running my own successful firm, I now dedicate my time to helping small and solo accounting practice owners create businesses that are profitable, sustainable and aligned with the life they want to live.

Amanda Gascoigne

FOUNDER AND CEO

Amanda Gascoigne is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in the profession. In 1999, she founded her own accounting practice, driven by a vision of creating more balance, flexibility and control in her life. Like many practice owners, she quickly discovered the challenge of managing client demands, deadlines and the weight of running a business while trying to maintain personal wellbeing. Over 18 years, Amanda refined her systems, pricing and mindset to transform her firm into a profitable, sustainable business that supported both her professional goals and her personal life.

After selling her practice, Amanda shifted her focus to helping small and solo accounting practice owners build businesses that work for them, rather than against them. Through mentoring, coaching and practical tools, she guides practitioners to reclaim their time, increase profitability and achieve the elusive balance between business and life.

Today, Amanda is dedicated to sharing her insights and hard-earned lessons with accountants who want to run successful practices without sacrificing the freedom and flexibility they originally set out to achieve.

Theresa is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience, bringing genuine practice ownership expertise to everything she creates. As a former practice owner, she understands both the challenges and the rewards of building a thriving firm. She knows firsthand what it takes to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth and create a practice that truly means something.

Today, Theresa channels that deep experience into the world of design and content creation for practice owners. She’s swapped her calculator for creative work, but her accountant’s brain is still very much switched on. This unique blend of accounting knowledge and modern design principles allows her to create visually engaging, practical content that helps accountants build businesses that are not only profitable but also personally fulfilling.

Adrienne

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AND BUSINESS SUPPORT

Adrienne has been working alongside Amanda since 2018, bringing organisation, structure, and calm to every stage of the business journey. With a background in executive assistance and a natural talent for logistics, Adrienne is the steady, trusted presence behind many of the programs, systems, and client experiences that define Amanda’s work.

Known for her calm, can-do attitude and proactive approach, Adrienne is more than an assistant—she’s a true partner in ensuring that clients and community members feel fully supported. From launching new programs and streamlining systems to navigating platforms and processes with finesse, Adrienne’s behind-the-scenes dedication ensures everything runs smoothly.
